Valerie Grange is the co-owner of Buddha B Yoga. Rexx and I really wanted to create a sacred space to share and live out the practice of yoga. Making a shift to full time yoga teachers as well as yoga studio owners was a way for us to completely commit to the practice of asanas, sacred teachings, satsung and meditation. We hope that many yogis will join us on this daily journey. Namaste
